  • Manpower Economist for an AID-supported project with the Opportunities Industrialization Centers International (OICI). Assessed the manpower training situation and opportunities in Luzon and Mindanao. Conducted location and feasibility study for a proposed light industrial manpower training center designed to provide training and income for trainees.
