Federal Bill Revision and Draft. Along with committee, revised and drafted "Small Farm Bill" under onsideration by U.S. Congress. Met with Senator and staff in
Washington in 1977 to make necessary adjustments to ensure passage of a bill. Used bill developed by Kentucky Senator as a base.
