As a consultant for various international programs, I have had the opportunity to travel in foreign countries and to work with people from diverse cultural and economic backgrounds. These experiences have given me a more global perspective. Collaborating with culturally diverse faculty and staff has provided me a better understanding of different cultural values and philosophies, which have helped greatly in achieving the breadth of services of the Office of International Programs and Strategic Initiatives at MU.
