  • Botswana and Lesotho, Africa (Southern Africa)--Manpower Economist for the Research Triangle Institute, Research Triangle Park, NC. Conducted sector-wide assessment of training and institutional capabilities for supporting low-, medium- and high-level manpower. (Separate studies were conducted in each of the two countries.)
